Chef's Garden Table on the Patio


Join us for an exclusive weekly dining experience that showcases the culinary heritage of Chef Tyson. This intimate event features a single communal table set amidst our raised bed gardens on Mar Muntanya's 6th-floor terrace.


Chef Tyson will prepare, serve, and explain each dish in an exhibition-style format, creating an informal and engaging atmosphere. The ever-evolving menu is crafted "of the moment" with fresh produce sourced directly from our Chef’s Garden, the downtown SLC Farmers Market, and local greenhouse growers. While vegetables take center stage, several dishes are complemented by ocean and mountain ingredients.


As summer ushers in warmer evenings, our garden dinners will start an hour before dusk, around 7:30 PM. Please come prepared for changing weather conditions, as the dining experience is fully outdoors.


This unique event is limited to adults only, with seating for just eight guests, ensuring an exclusive and personal experience. The price of the experience does not include tax or gratuity.


Your purchase confirmation serves as your ticket to one of the coveted seats at our communal table. Due to the dynamic nature of the menu, we regret that we cannot accommodate most dietary restrictions or food allergies, and modifications are politely declined.
